As a member of our Claims Advisory Team, whether you’re answering a direct call from a customer or liaising with third parties regarding a case, we’ll need you to be able to investigate and resolve our customers’ claims and deal with them efficiently, professionally and helpfully.

You’ll check and maintain the accuracy of all claim details you obtain and decide on the appropriate actions to take. You’ll also be comfortable with calculating claim costs and making sure our correspondence keeps the customer informed throughout each stage of the claim process and that things happen according to an agreed diary.
